CaCa will collect the following data:

1. User-provided information. This includes:

  • User profile information: We collect data when users register or update their CaCa account or place an order through the checkout feature. This may include usernames, email addresses, phone numbers, login names, addresses, profile photos, payment or banking information (including relevant payment verification information), driver's licenses, and other government-issued documents (which may include identification numbers, birth dates, names, and photos). It also includes vehicle or insurance information for professional drivers, emergency contact information, user settings, and health or qualification proofs required for providing services through the CaCa app.
  • Background check information (for professional drivers): This includes information submitted during the online onboarding process for professional drivers, such as driving records or criminal records (to the extent permitted by law), license status, known aliases, previous addresses, and work authorizations.
  • User-generated content: We collect data when users submit information in the following cases: contacting CaCa customer support (including through the CaCa service center, phone conversations). This may include user-submitted photos, audio recordings, or videos related to support requests.
  • Trip data: During users' use of the CaCa app, we collect trip address data, including the time and date of car rental reservations.

2. Data collected during the use of our services. This includes:

  • Location data (for professional drivers and delivery partners): When the CaCa App is in use, we collect accurate or approximate location data from the mobile devices of professional drivers.
  • Location data (for passengers and order recipients): When using the order service, we collect accurate or approximate location data from their mobile devices.
  • Transaction information: We collect transaction data related to the use of our services, including details of requested or provided services, trip or order information (such as date and time, pickup and drop-off addresses for ride-hailing), and payment transaction details (such as merchant name and location, amount charged, and payment method). We also associate user names with referral codes.
  • Usage data: We collect data about how users interact with our services. This includes access dates and times, app features or pages viewed, browser type, app crashes and other system activity.
  • Communication data: We collect data related to calls, SMS messages, or in-app communications enabled through the CaCa App. This includes date and time, and the content of SMS messages or in-app messages. We also collect call content only after providing advance notice to users that calls may be recorded.

3. Other sources of data. This includes:

  • Users or other individuals providing information in connection with claims or disputes.
  • CaCa business partners with whom we offer co-branded services or engage in joint marketing activities, but only when such partnerships are disclosed in the card terms and conditions.
  • Law enforcement, regulatory authorities, and other government agencies.
  • Marketing service providers or data brokers from whom CaCa may obtain data for marketing or research purposes.

  • Initiating rides or deliveries. For example:
    • Utilizing booking data to provide navigation for passenger transportation and item delivery, calculating trip distances, and tracking order progress.
    • Sharing relevant information with passengers requesting services, such as the name, phone number, and vehicle information of the professional driver.
    • Passenger ratings and feedback on professional drivers.
    • Matching available professional drivers with users requested services. The system may collect location addresses, phone numbers, and mobile device IDs.
  • Dynamic pricing, where trip fares may vary based on various factors. These factors include estimated distance, anticipated routes, and the selected options by users requesting or providing services.
  • Processing payments.
  • Notifying users of our service, policy, or terms changes.
  • Necessary operations to maintain our service.

    • Sharing passenger names, phone numbers, and pick-up/drop-off locations with professional drivers.

    • Google: Integration of Maps in the CaCa App.
    • Marketing partners.
    • Third-party vehicle providers, such as fleets or rental car companies.
  • Compliance with legal requirements or responding to legal requests.

Safety

To ensure user safety, we implement various security measures, including:

  • Verifying the identity and eligibility of professional drivers to provide transportation services, preventing unsafe drivers from using the CaCa App.
  • Using location information from driver/delivery partners to determine if a cancellation fee is warranted for abnormal cancellation behavior.
  • Sharing user names, locations, phone numbers, vehicle details, and other relevant information with third-party companies to assist in managing and mitigating interpersonal conflicts that may arise during trips or deliveries.
